On June 24th, P and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary.
We decided to celebrate by eating at The Melting Pot,
a posh fondue restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City.

We started out with a yummy cheese fondue with breads, vegetables and apples to dip:
Wisconsin Trio Cheese Fondue
Fontina, Butterkase and Buttermilk Bleu cheeses
with white wine and scallions.
Next was the main Course. Filet Mignon, white shrimp, teryaki-marinated sirloin, chicken breast and salmon:
Our favorite part was Dessert. We ordered Chocolate Fondue.

I still can't believe it has been 4 years.
